Service Description

Learn the basic exercises and principles of Chen style Tai Chi. In this 4 week course, you will learn the most important core exercises of Chen Tai Chi: Fan song gong, Silk reeling and Standing Qigong. Each week you will be given simple exercises to practice at home. People gravitate towards Tai Chi for all sorts of reasons; Physical problems, health issues, to learn meditation, to feel calmer and more balanced, to learn a martial art, or to move better. Tai Chi is a multi faceted art and in this course Sam will help you understand what it is and how it can benefit you.
