Not fried stir fry




Brown rice

Kale/Brocolli/green beans/anything green.



For the dressing


1 Fresh Chilli finely chopped

Half a thumb of Ginger grated

1 clove of Garlic grated

4 teaspoons of Tamari

Squeeze of Lemon

2 teaspoons of fermented Mushroom juice (If you have it)

Personally, I think this is much better than a stir fry. I don't think frying the vegetables does them any favours and adding the dressing at the end makes it really fresh tasting.

Ideally, you should soak the rice with a generous splash of cider vinegar for a few hours before you cook it as it makes it more digestible. But if not just cook the rice as normal until it's to your liking.

Steam the greens and combine with the dressing and freshly chopped coriander. Simple as that!
