You will learn about the mechanism of Anxiety, what causes it and what you can do to control it. At some point in the session, Sam will help guide you into a Hypnotic trance, using positive suggestions and visualizations to help calm your unconscious mind. You will also learn special Hypnotic Qigong exercises that you can practice in your own time.
How many sessions do I need?
Everyone is different and progresses at a slightly different pace but the average is just 6 sessions.
How much does it cost?
