Black bean burgers

 

Ingredients

 

3 cups cooked black beans (See previous recipe)

3 cups cooked quinoa

1 dessert spoon ground flax seed

1 dessert spoon tamari

Finely chopped coriander

6 button mushrooms

1 lime

1 tsp coriander seeds

1 tsp cumin seeds

Slice the mushrooms and roast in the oven with olive oil and tamari.

 

Combine with 1 cup of beans and blend it roughly.

 

Toast the spices, grind and combine with the pureed beans and all remaining ingredients.

 

Shape into burgers and cook in the oven until done ( around 20 mins at 200 c).
