Introduction to Tai Chi starts June 1st
Learn the basic exercises and principles of Chen style Tai Chi.
In this online Zoom course, you will learn the most important core exercises of Chen Tai Chi: Fan song gong, Silk reeling and Standing Qigong. We will also go through the first few movements of the Lao Jia form. Each week you will be given simple exercises to practice at home.
People gravitate towards Tai Chi for all sorts of reasons; Physical problems, health issues, to learn meditation, to feel calmer and more balanced, to learn a martial art, or simply to move better.

Sam Langley is a Professional Tai Chi teacher based in Bristol UK. He has been practicing Chen style Tai Chi in the Chen Xiaowang lineage for over
13 years and teaching for 8.
Sam is dedicated to passing on real traditional Tai Chi in a practical and methodical way. Rather than being vague and overtly mystical, he prefers to teach in a simple and straight forward manner.
